Another day in Paradise – counting my blessings

I ordered a sunny weather. Here it was. Maybe overdid it? 45 C?

I ordered a sunny weather. Here it was. Maybe overdid it? 45 C?

Today I started my journey around 8.20. I walked through the jungle and got to the main plaza in Sayulita in no time. Somehow the road seems shorter and shorter every time. This walk is so magical. I love the greenness of it so much. It is like living food by the side of the road for me. I counted my blessing number one – JUNGLE WALK.

When I got to the bus stop I got a message and an invitation to go to the ocean together with Zoe.  Blessing number two – ZOE. Zoe and I met actually in August 2013 and since then we have shared loads of fun times together here in the area. She has been a keen StretchDance fan in the ocean as well now helping me with my Organic StretchingTM project. No excuses, she borrowed me her swim suit and off we went. I love the YES to life attitude.

On our way we also met Janet and Nikk, who were heading out to the breakfast in the village. Blessing number 3 – happy couples around me.

They looked so happy and it is so good always to see people who are happy and have found each other. At times when I feel hopeless about finding my life partner, I remember all these happy people as a proof that it is possible. This week I have met 3 couples in this energy. If not in this lifetime, maybe next one?

hawaiiingeAnyway we got to the ocean without a snorkel and mask and swam a bit to warm up. The ocean was cooler and very clear. The swells were very intense in between. We worked our way through it. In the middle I just got guidance from the ocean how and what to say to Zoe and it created a deep moment of realization for her and myself. I was blown away once again. That is why I love the ocean classes so much. Nothing like that in the pools! The magic of life weaves into us through every wave and the inner oceans wake up in no time!

Blessing number 4 – OCEAN. I can not describe it, but she has given me a new life. I am not sure if I am able to live long without her any more. I see people who live away from the ocean as pale and very empty. The life force is not there much. I wish I could get all of them into the ocean as often as possible.

Blessing number 5 – Organic StretchingTM and Pat Henry. Today I just discovered that my restriction underneath my left knee has totally disappeared. I am totally sure part of that is thanks to the Organic Stretching TM and part of it is also StretchDance in the Sea. So grateful that I get my healthy body back!

We had the Organic StretchingTM volunteer class on land on top of the ocean time and it felt so good. I felt so much deep gratitude to my friend Zoe for committing so truthfully for this project. It was her 6th class. None else has lasted that long. She has not missed a single time! Also times we share are so full and rich and supportive. I am so lucky to have met her and have her in my friend’s circles.

Blessing number six – my friend Lupe.

Hugs shared I headed towards Bucerias to get my stuff which I had forgotten. After that I dropped in to Lupe, my other new friend, who said she would love to give me a card, which she just beautifully made while I was watching it. It was a beautiful Mexican woman with the lemons. She taught me how to do lemon pie, instead of just giving the recipe and she feels I am like this lemon lady now in Mexico. How smart! She is someone I admire so much as well, as she carries in her this truthful aloha, care and the Mexican humbleness to the core.

So she said that I can have her with me wherever I go with this card. How sweet! I felt so much gratitude to have met her and hopefully can meet her more.

I waited for the local bus to come. I felt gratitude for the Mexican man to drive on these crazy Mexican roads and getting me and others home safely. This man was really soft and smooth. Sometimes it feels like I should give a compliment to the ones who do that.

Blessing number 7 – Mexican bus driver.

I walked through the town and up through the jungle again. Uphill is going a bit slow right now, but I guess by the end of the month I may be like a capricorn climbing the mountains.

Blessing number 8 – uphill walking – gives me nice new calf muscles!

My body has not been so fit for a while. Last month I did 4 times per week Organic StretchingTM  volunteer classes as well 2 times per week Stretchdance in the Ocean. All together 6 classes every week and some bicycling on top of it in the beginning of the month ( around 30 km per week).

Blessing number 9 – fit body!

Do you want to hear one of the best secrets to lose weight and get fit? Become some kind of a body teacher. Then when people show up, you can not possibly be lazy. So you have to do it. Works magic for me already and have not really started it yet. Testing it all out.

Blessing number 10 – cold shower!

When I got home I took a cold shower. Just couple of days ago I got a hot shower after the pool swim, and that was something I had forgotten. I spent my last 3 months just only with the cold shower. I did not even remember what the hot shower was like. Weird how quickly we change.

Blessing number 11 – Sol.

I got up to wait for Sol, my lovely houselady here who I also feel is like my mom, my best friend and advisor, teacher. She is very humble and very smart and wise. I sat on the couch in the kitchen area, and enjoyed the view to the Sayulita bay and the houses. I counted my blessings again. How beautiful! How lucky am I to be here?

Blessing number 12 – the view to Sayulita bay.

Internet was so fast up there. So more to be grateful for.

Blessing number 13 – fast internet.

We do some nice healing sessions with each other to help each other. It is very inspiring to flow like that. I enjoyed the flow of the energy and the healing activation in both of us.

Blessing number 14 – healing.

I finished up with some nice music and a fresh salad for myself. Body is very happy. Mind is calm and my spirit is superhappy to have contributed at least to 2 people today.

Blessing number 15 – nice music and salad for me.

Beautiful day indeed. How lucky am I? How did I end up in such a paradise? I must have wild thoughts I guess. I counted 15 blessings. Beautiful blessings. Make my life so deep and enriched. So grateful.

The journey has actually just started. Every beginning is an end for something and every end is the beginning of something. I feel blessed, cared and held in the middle of the jungle by Mother Earth as well by extremely kind people who care from the core and I can witness it.
