Today I share my understanding and view of open relationships as well some experiences from my life. This is not the mainstream way of understanding the topic at all. But I think it is super important for all of us to take a moment and define our understanding of relationships in general to start with.
We have had quite a journey in our relationship with Michael, also with our Inner Families.
Some ideas from the video:
- I share with you my ideas about how to redefine your relationships in your life.
- Encourage youth (from 12 – 20) to discover their sexuality safely as well educate them about sexuality – the pleasures as well the dangers of it. Better they know who they are or are not, better they can create relationships in their life and happier they will be.
- Write your own self-declaration how you are going to take care of you at all times.
- In what condition is your Inner Family? Is your Inner Child or Inner Woman wounded from previous relations, sexual abuse or other experiences? Have you healed it? What does your Inner Man need?
- Get very clear who you are on every level as well sexually. What do you desire in a well functioning relation in your life?
- If you would love to have an open relation – how do you define it? What do you need before this can happen?
- Are you mature enough and confident enough in yourself in order to start open relationships?
- How would you love to celebrate your Inner Family’s union?
Today you have 3 tasks:
1.Define what are relationships for you in general? Think is that what you think or what society has told you to think?
2.What is Open Relationship for you? What is your definition?
3.What are mature relations for you? What would that mean and look like in your reality?
