I will talk mainly about the water this month as the leading numbers show the lead in June. I also share how you can use the water as your best friend and guide in your life who helps always bring forth more flow and flexibility.
I have enjoyed hearing stories about Kai’s brave life with her husband and baby onboard a sailing boat and hope that her story inspires other families to live a more free and simple life. There are no excuses when it comes to living your dreams. The story will be scheduled for June, when I am going to be in Alaska myself.

In these times where we live we are surrounded by so many toxins and we inhale it from the air, we drink it with the water, we eat it with the food and we also absorb it even from our washing powder as well all the influences by media, negative people etc.
Spice it up with a little extra stress, not enough sleep, too much work, little exercise and bad food and our systems and bodies clog up. On my travels from Europe to Mexico or Hawaii I have recently chosen to have a one week stop in NYC. This is a conscious choice – of meeting old and new friends, putting down seeds for my new social tribe there as well new business opportunities as well adjusting to the time zones. Usually it is very busy and I have hardly ever time to even sleep. This time it was different.
